What data we store
Your account email, name and password hash, your plan, and a monthly request counter. We never store or see your password in plain text.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's side and never reach us. We only receive the subscription status.
Your website's content
To carry out your request, text from the conversation and from your website's pages is sent to language model providers. Do not send passwords or other secrets in the chat.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and related data, email us at saysite.help@proton.me. Support form messages are stored together with your email so that we can reply to them.
